About the property

Apartment Tajj is a 300 m² five-bedroom duplex beside the slopes in Tignes Le Lac, sleeping ten guests. A heated south-facing terrace, private hot tub, sauna and hammam provide space to unwind between ski days.

The principal room combines leather lounge seating, a dining table and fitted kitchen beneath exposed beams. A fireplace, bar and wine cellar support evenings indoors. The terrace measures around sixty square metres and overlooks the lake and surrounding slopes.

The outdoor hot tub is on the private terrace, with the sauna and steam room inside. A ski room has heated boot racks and one parking place is advertised. Wines and additional services are separately quoted; concierge assistance is an optional package.

Five bedrooms can be doubles or twins and each has its own bath or shower room. Two upper rooms, including the principal suite, have en-suite bath/shower facilities. Three lower rooms have en-suite showers. Distinctive individual finishes give each room a different character.

The self-catered package includes reception, a welcome basket, daily housekeeping advertised at three hours per day, and mid-stay towel/linen changes. Food, chefs, drinks, transport and additional services cost extra. Concierge assistance requires the optional package and may involve arrangement fees.

Beside the Rosset blue piste at the Tignes Le Lac snow front. Ski-school meeting points, nursery slopes and Tovière are close by, with the main village facilities within a short walk. Ski access depends on snow and lift operations; confirm arrival and luggage arrangements. Map pin is the sourced approximate property position; arrival access is confirmed before travel.
