About the property

Apartment Ornate is a 240 m² duplex on the Tignes Le Lac snow front, with five bedrooms for eight adults and four children. Its private balcony hot tub looks towards the beginner slopes and main lifts.

A double-height lounge opens towards the snow front through broad windows. The kitchen and dining table occupy the same open floor, with a balcony immediately outside. The location keeps shops, restaurants and ski-school meeting areas close by.

The outdoor hot tub is private to the apartment. Laundry, ski-locker storage and garage parking are advertised; confirm the allocated place and winter arrival route. Concierge assistance is an optional package, rather than automatically included.

Four fixed double bedrooms and a four-child bunk room form the twelve-person arrangement. Three doubles have en-suite bath or shower rooms. The fourth double and the bunk room share a separate bathroom. No public floorplan was available; the detailed room guide is retained.

The self-catered package includes reception, daily cleaning, prepared beds, linens and a mid-week towel/linen change. Food, a chef, transport and other extras are separately quoted. Pre-arrival and in-resort concierge assistance requires the optional package, and some arrangements may attract fees.

Location & skiing

At the Tignes Le Lac snow front beside the Rosset beginner piste, near the bottom of the Johan Clarey run. Tovière is a few steps across the snow front; Palafour and ski-school meeting points are nearby. Ski-in/out access depends on snow and operations. Confirm luggage access and winter arrival details.
