The living room, reclaimed-timber dining table and fitted kitchen share one floor. Broad windows look along the valley. One terrace has dining space and the hot tub; the opposite terrace offers another sitting area beside a gas firepit.

A private single-car garage, boot drying and ski storage support days on the mountain. Laundry facilities are also provided. Chalet Joy is next door, separately advertised and excluded from this apartment’s price and capacity.

Three adult bedrooms can be doubles or twins. The principal room has terrace access and an en-suite bath and shower. Another has an en-suite shower, while the third shares a shower room with the two-child bunk room through a second hallway door. A separate WC is available.

Private self-catered accommodation includes concierge assistance, the advertised welcome pack, linens, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Meals, groceries, daily housekeeping and an optional resort driver cost extra.

Location & skiing

Beside the Retour des Nants blue run. Ski-back to around twenty metres from the building depends on snow and ability; direct ski-out is not promised. Pleney is about three minutes by car or fifteen on foot, and Super Morzine around four minutes by car or twenty on foot. Confirm winter access. Map pin is the sourced approximate property position; arrival access is confirmed before travel.
