About the property

Chalet Tesseln offers a Verbier retreat with five guest bedrooms, timber interiors and space for up to twelve guests. Its combination of double rooms and children's bunks makes it appealing to families planning time together in the Swiss Alps.

The living floor has a lounge and dining space beside a kitchen that can be closed off when required. A fireplace brings warmth to the room, while a small library provides a corner. Outside, balconies and a barbecue area extend the choices for enjoying the mountain setting in suitable weather.

The master suite occupies the top floor and includes its own bathroom, television and balcony. Below the living area, two flexible double or twin bedrooms sit alongside a quad bunk room and a second bunk room for two children. Each has bathroom facilities, although the flexible beds have limited separation and should be discussed when planning room allocations.

A television and family room gives guests another place to relax. The lower level also contains a hammam and shower, laundry facilities and a boot room with heated flooring. An additional staff apartment is separate from the five guest bedrooms.

Self catered and catered packages are available, with the chosen service confirmed before arrival. In good snow conditions, experienced skiers may access routes within approximately one hundred metres of the chalet; this is conditional access rather than a guaranteed piste connection. Médran and Place Centrale are around ten minutes away on foot. Tesseln combines family accommodation with the atmosphere of an alpine home.

Sleeping & living spaces

Top: master double with bathroom and balcony. Main floor: lounge/dining space, closable kitchen, small library, WC and barbecue area. Sleeping floor: two double/twin rooms with bathrooms (bed separation limited to about 20 cm), a four-person bunk room with shower facilities and a two-person children’s bunk room with bathroom. Lower floor: TV/family room, hammam with shower, heated boot room, laundry and separate single staff apartment.

Location & skiing

Tesseln is approximately ten minutes on foot from Médran and Place Centrale. Driving takes around five minutes to Médran and four to Savoleyres. Ski access within roughly 100 metres may be possible when snow cover and ability allow. Travel times are indicative. The map shows the resort area; arrival directions are confirmed before travel.
