About the property

Quantum is a six-bedroom private ski home on Forest Road in Vail, with approximately 864 m² of accommodation for up to fourteen guests. Its setting beside the Born Free catwalk combines mountain views with direct ski access when snow and resort conditions allow. A private hot tub, spa and cinema make the house particularly suited to a group wanting substantial facilities at home.

The main living and dining spaces have tall glazing and timber ceilings, with a stone fireplace forming a central feature. Several sitting areas give the group room to spend time together or settle into a quieter corner. The fitted kitchen has an island and breakfast seating, while an elevator connects the principal floors. Exterior terraces include a fire pit and seating beside the hot tub.

The private wellness facilities include a steam space and a treatment room with a massage table; treatments are separately arranged. A gym and cinema provide further indoor options. Personal ski lockers and heated glove and boot storage support days on the mountain. The house has a heated driveway and patio, but guests do not have access to garage parking. The operator allows a maximum of five cars in the driveway.

The bedroom arrangement comprises one king room, one queen room, one room with two queen beds, two further queen rooms with sofa beds, and a twin room. The principal bedroom has its own spa-style bathroom. Eight full bathrooms are advertised across the property, but individual bathroom arrangements should be checked against the agreed room allocation. The sofa beds do not increase the fourteen-person occupancy limit.

Daily housekeeping and an arrival welcome are advertised. Dining, a private chef, spa treatments, transfers and other additional services require separate arrangements unless included in the quotation. The operator cautions that some stairs may be challenging for younger children despite the elevator. Guests must meet the minimum-age policy or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Location & skiing

On Forest Road above Vail, adjoining the Born Free catwalk. The operator describes direct ski-in/ski-out access and a private warming hut, subject to snow, weather and resort operations. Town is a short drive away; confirm any ski shuttle and its hours in your booking package. Map position comes from the operator’s published coordinates and is approximate, not a separately verified arrival entrance.

Meals, chef services, treatments, passes, equipment and transport cost extra unless expressly included. The operator advertises a US$40,000 refundable security deposit; obtain the complete tax, fee, cleaning and deposit schedule before booking.
