About the property

Chalet Cascades is a 350 m² chalet beside the Dranse in Morzine, with five bedrooms for up to twelve guests. Its three-floor arrangement includes a private hot tub, sauna and workout space.

Entrance is on the upper living level, where a vaulted ceiling spans the lounge, bar, dining table and kitchen. A long balcony faces the river and Pointe de Nyon. A separate television lounge with table football offers another evening space.

On the lowest floor, the hot-tub terrace opens towards a workout room and sauna. There are two garage parking places and a ski room with heated boot storage. The selected package is relaxed catering; the enhanced classic service is quoted separately.

The principal fixed double and two double/twins occupy the middle level, each with a balcony and en-suite shower. Two further double/twins open onto the lower terrace; one has an en-suite shower and the other an en-suite bathroom plus two overhead adult-sized bunk places.

The selected relaxed catered package includes breakfast with hot options on service days, afternoon tea, family-style dinner on five nights and house wine with dinner. Scheduled lift shuttles normally run 08:30–10:30 and 15:30–18:00, with restaurant shuttles on chef nights off. Mid-week housekeeping and towel changes are included. Drinks upgrades, daily cleaning and extra services are separately quoted.

Location & skiing

Beside the Dranse between Morzine and Nyon. The source estimates around one minute by car to Nyon and five to Pleney or Super Morzine. A bus stop is roughly thirty seconds away on foot and the upper high street about one kilometre. Confirm winter access and shuttle times.
