The Old Macaroni

YOUR ALPINE RETREAT

About the property

The Old Macaroni is a restored farmhouse chalet in Morzine, with a catered guide price for twelve guests. Four adult bedroom suites, a children's mezzanine cabin room and an optional treatment-room conversion allow different family arrangements, with a separately quoted maximum of eighteen.

The entrance level contains the kitchen, dining and sitting spaces, while a larger lounge occupies the floor above. Exposed timbers, a log-burning fireplace and a grand piano give this upper room its character. A wraparound balcony looks towards the village and the Pleney and Nyon slopes.

A private outdoor hot tub and barrel sauna sit beside the terrace. Inside, a treatment room, dedicated cinema and separate office add flexibility to the stay. Ski storage has heated boot and glove racks. Treatments and private musical entertainment require separate arrangements.

Ground floor: double/twin with en-suite shower/WC; treatment room can convert to a pull-out double with private shower/WC by request. First floor: one fixed double and one double/twin with en-suite shower rooms, plus a principal fixed double with its own bath mezzanine and en-suite double shower. Upper children's cabin space contains four double beds behind privacy curtains, using an additional bathroom below the stairs. Twelve guests at the guide price; up to eighteen by confirmed configuration and supplements. The treatment-room bed replaces treatment use. Living/dining/kitchen, piano lounge, cinema, office, terraces, hot tub, sauna and ski storage.

The catered package includes breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and five-course dinners on five nights, selected open-bar drinks and a 24-hour on-call resort driver. Premium drinks, treatments and other optional services cost extra. Confirm menus, staffing and the final sleeping configuration in the quotation.
