About the property

Brunnenhof 4 is a three-bedroom ski apartment in Lech for four adults and four children. Its 97 m² layout occupies the first floor of the Brunnenhof Residence, with a private balcony and access to shared swimming and wellness facilities.

A fireplace warms the sitting area, where a corner sofa and armchairs face the television. The dining table stands beside broad windows, with an open kitchen close by. Timber finishes and balcony doors give this practical family space its Alpine setting.

The principal double has an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower. A second bedroom can be configured as a double or twin, while a quad bunk room provides four children’s places. Both use separate shower rooms that also serve the main living area, rather than en-suite facilities. All three bedrooms have balcony access.

The indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam and relaxation area belong to the residence and are shared with its other apartments. A shared ski locker and one parking space are also provided. These are communal facilities rather than a private chalet spa.

The quoted self-catered package includes daily housekeeping and a mid-week towel change. Meals, groceries, treatments and optional services cost extra. Availability and the final service package are confirmed for your requested dates.

The Brunnenhof Residence is in Lech, with a ski-bus stop outside the building. Allow approximately nine minutes on foot or two minutes by car to the Schlosskopf chairlift, and around eleven minutes on foot to the resort centre. Winter walking conditions and actual travel times vary. The map indicates the sourced approximate residence location, not a verified apartment entrance.
