About the property

Spruce Heights is a six-bedroom home in the Two Creeks neighbourhood of Snowmass Village. Fourteen guests can stay among traditional timber interiors, generous sitting areas and private outdoor spaces. Direct access to the Creekside trail makes it a useful base for a family focused on skiing.

The great room brings together a fireplace, seating and a wet bar. A separate family room and billiards room offer alternatives for evenings indoors. The dining table can seat a larger gathering, and the kitchen includes two dishwashers and multiple ovens for meals prepared at home.

Three king suites, a queen suite, a twin room and a bunk room provide different sleeping options. The bedrooms have private bathing facilities, with steam showers or baths in several suites. A sauna and outdoor hot tub add quieter places to unwind. Heated terraces, a mudroom with laundry appliances, a two-car garage and a snowmelt driveway support the daily routine. The maximum occupancy is fourteen, regardless of the number of individual beds.
