About the property

Casa de Gondola places thirteen guests beside the Funnel ski route in Snowmass Village. Refurbished in 2024, the six-bedroom home combines pale interiors with exposed beams and wide windows looking towards the mountain. Its position makes skiing a central part of the stay, while the separate living areas give the group room to relax afterwards.

The main lounge has a wood-burning fireplace and opens into the kitchen and dining space. A separate media room includes a wet bar and games table. The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, a large refrigerator and a wine cooler for meals and evenings at home.

Four king rooms and two twin-based rooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements. Five rooms have private bathrooms; the final twin/trundle room should be allocated with the bathroom arrangements in mind. The outdoor hot tub, fire pit and barbecue extend the shared spaces beyond the house. A two-car garage and practical storage support family ski days. Access to the ski route remains dependent on snow coverage and mountain operations.
