About the property

Chalet Rubis overlooks Megève from the residential Jaillet hillside, offering a private retreat for eight guests. Its dark timber exterior gives way to pale furnishings, exposed beams and generous windows that keep the village and surrounding slopes in view. Four bedrooms make the chalet a comfortable size for friends or a family gathering.

A suspended fireplace forms the centre of the main living space. Seating and dining areas share the room, with a fitted kitchen close by for meals prepared at home. Doors lead to the terrace, where the elevated outlook takes in Megève's church and the mountains beyond.

The lower wellness area contains a small heated indoor pool, a sauna and exercise equipment. The pool measures approximately four by two metres, making it a place for relaxation rather than long-distance swimming. All four double bedrooms are upstairs; two have their own bathrooms and two share a shower room.

The chalet is offered self catered with daily housekeeping. A ski room with boot warmers and garage parking for three cars support the practical side of a winter stay. The Jaillet slopes are around five minutes away by car, while the village and Chamois gondola are approximately seven minutes away. Additional services can be requested with the quotation.

Four upstairs doubles: two with private bath/shower rooms and two sharing a shower room. Open lounge/dining area, kitchen, fireplace and terrace. Lower wellness area has a heated four-by-two-metre pool, sauna and exercise equipment. Ski/boot room and three-car garage. Eight guests maximum.

Jaillet hillside above Megève. Jaillet skiing approximately five minutes driving; Chamois gondola and the village centre about seven. Elevated residential setting with views over the village.
