About the property

Chalet Ulysse offers a four-bedroom duplex within a traditional Zermatt chalet building. Its elevated Winkelmatten position brings an open Matterhorn outlook, with balconies extending the living space towards the mountains. The rental accommodates eight guests and shares some building facilities with other accommodation.

The principal living room combines timber ceilings, a fireplace and comfortable seating. Dining and kitchen areas are close by, making the accommodation equally suitable for a catered stay or meals prepared independently. Large windows and balcony doors bring light into the rooms throughout the day.

Four bedrooms can be arranged as doubles or Austrian-style twins. The upper master has its own bathroom, two further upper bedrooms share a shower room, and the fourth bedroom on the lower living level uses a separate shower room. This mix of private and shared bathrooms should be considered when allocating rooms.

A sauna and relaxation area are shared within the building, as is the ski room with boot warmers. Laundry facilities are also available. Catered, breakfast and self-catered options are advertised, with rates supplied by request. The Matterhorn Express is about five minutes away on foot, while a bus stop close to the property serves the wider village. Nearby restaurants and a playground make the position appealing for families. The centre of Zermatt is less than fifteen minutes walking away.
