About the property

Chalet Binna is a flexible Zermatt home for a family group of up to nine. Its Winkelmatten location combines a quieter residential setting with convenient access to the Matterhorn Express. Timber beams, broad windows and Matterhorn views give the principal living space a strong connection to the mountains.

The lounge and dining area provide room to gather beside the fireplace, with balconies and a terrace offering outdoor space. A television snug gives the group a second place to relax. After skiing, the private outdoor hot tub and sauna offer a simple change of pace before dinner.

Three double or twin bedrooms are complemented by a triple bunk room. The bedrooms occupy two lower levels, and each has its own bathroom or shower room. One double or twin room is advertised as wheelchair friendly with an adapted shower room. A lift assists movement within the chalet, although individual access requirements should still be discussed before reserving.

Catered, breakfast and self-catered arrangements are available by quotation, with different services under each option. Ski storage with boot warmers supports the morning routine. Matterhorn Express is approximately six minutes on foot, and a nearby electric bus serves the village. Ski return close to the chalet depends on the Moos route and snow. Central Zermatt is around fifteen to twenty minutes walking.

Location & skiing

Winkelmatten, approximately six minutes walking to Matterhorn Express and fifty metres to the bus. Conditional Moos ski return within about 100 metres. Central village around fifteen to twenty minutes walking.
