About the property

Chalet Kemaura offers the scale of a private mountain residence within walking distance of central Zermatt. Seven bedrooms accommodate fourteen guests, while an indoor pool and a substantial wellness area provide a retreat after days in the Matterhorn Ski Paradise. Timber interiors, high ceilings and large windows give the living spaces a bright, open character.

The main lounge has room for the whole group around the fireplace, with a baby grand piano adding a distinctive focal point. Dining and kitchen areas support catered evenings, and balconies and terraces allow guests to enjoy the mountain outlook outdoors. A separate television lounge provides another place to settle in.

The pool is complemented by an indoor hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym and treatment room. Five double bedrooms occupy the middle floor, with terrace or balcony access, while two lower bedrooms can be arranged as doubles or twins. Each bedroom has its own bathroom or shower room. A lift and laundry facilities add practical convenience.

Kemaura is offered with gourmet catering, an open drinks bar, daily housekeeping and electric taxi transfers on arrival and departure. The Matterhorn Express is around eleven minutes away on foot, with an electric bus stop approximately a minute from the chalet. The church and upper end of Bahnhofstrasse are about eight minutes walking, making restaurants and village shops accessible without a long transfer.
