About the property

Chalet Cortil is a freestanding Verbier home with an elevated outlook and a layout particularly well suited to families. Timber ceilings, stonework and large windows give the principal living room a strong mountain character, while modern furniture keeps the space comfortable and uncluttered. The advertised capacity is six to eight guests, depending on the adult and child mix.

The lounge, dining area and kitchen form a sociable central floor, with a fireplace providing the evening focal point. A south-facing balcony and terrace offer outdoor seating and wide views across the resort. This is a chalet for enjoying the landscape and a quiet evening together rather than a property built around a large spa.

The upper master bedroom has a balcony and its own shower room. Below are a double with a private bathroom and two family-oriented bunk rooms, each with a shower room and terrace access. Each bunk room is intended for one adult or two children, so room allocation needs to be agreed within the eight-person maximum.

The advertised self-catered service includes housekeeping, with accommodation-only options also possible. A garage space, laundry facilities and ski storage with boot warmers cover the practical essentials. Savoleyres is about three minutes by car, and the main village and Médran are approximately five minutes away. A nearby bus stop provides another way around the resort.

Top floor: master double, balcony and shower room. Ground floor: double with separate private bathroom; two bunk rooms, each with double lower bed and single overhead bunk, terrace and shower. Each bunk room suits one adult or two children; maximum eight guests overall. Open lounge/dining/kitchen, balcony, terrace, ski locker, laundry and one garage space.

Upper Verbier. Savoleyres about three minutes driving; Le Rouge and Les Esserts two to three. Médran and Place Centrale about five minutes. Bus stop approximately five minutes walking downhill.
