About the property

Chalet Grizzly places a spacious contemporary mountain home within walking distance of central Megève. Its 405 square metres accommodate twelve guests across six bedrooms, combining generous living spaces with a private pool and dedicated entertainment facilities.

The principal lounge sits beneath exposed timber beams, with broad windows framing the surrounding scenery. A central fireplace divides the seating and dining areas, creating a natural gathering point after skiing. Glass balustrades and an open staircase keep the interior feeling light.

A fully equipped kitchen supports relaxed meals at home, while the dining area brings the group together. Terraces and balconies extend the living spaces outdoors when conditions allow, offering further places to enjoy the alpine setting.

The indoor swimming pool provides an alternative to time on the slopes. A sauna and fitness area complete the wellness facilities, while a private cinema creates an inviting setting for evenings together. Ski storage, boot warmers and laundry facilities add practical convenience.

Six bedrooms are distributed across the upper, ground and lower levels. The principal bedroom includes a balcony, while several further rooms have terrace access. Double and twin configurations offer flexibility for different groups. Individual bathing facilities serve every bedroom, with some toilets located separately.

Megève centre is approximately nine hundred metres away, while Rochebrune's ski facilities are around 1.3 kilometres from the chalet. Self-catered stays include housekeeping twice weekly, allowing guests to plan their own dining schedule. Additional concierge arrangements and specialist services can be requested separately. Megève, approximately 900 metres from the centre and 1.3 kilometres from Rochebrune ski facilities. Chamois is around six minutes walking according to the rental information; walking times depend on route and conditions.

Winter 2026/27 self-catered seven-night guide: EUR 23,000 for 24 April 2027 and EUR 49,000 for 26 December 2026. Housekeeping twice weekly included.
