About the property

Chalet Orcia offers an private retreat in Megève's Pettoreaux area, close to Mont d'Arbois. Its 900 square metres combine six guest bedrooms with several living spaces and a substantial indoor wellness area.

The main lounge stretches beneath timber beams, with broad windows framing the surrounding mountains. Sofas gather around a feature fireplace, while a second seating area and bar create another place for conversation. A dining space adjoins the equipped kitchen, allowing meals at home to remain relaxed and sociable.

Balconies facing southwest extend the living area outdoors. Away from the main room, a television lounge, mezzanine reading nook and private cinema offer options for different generations to spend time together or find a quieter corner.

The spa includes an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. Hot and cold plunge pools, a relaxation area and treatment room provide further ways to unwind after skiing. Fitness facilities and a hairdressing space complete the wellness offering.

Five double bedrooms and a children's bunk room accommodate ten adults and four children. All have private bathing facilities, with terrace or garden access serving selected rooms. An additional staff bedroom and optional pullout bed are excluded from the standard guest count.

Mont d'Arbois and Rocharbois gondolas are a short drive away, with central Megève approximately six minutes away by car. Garage parking, laundry facilities and heated boot storage support longer stays. Self-catered packages include housekeeping on five days and a midweek linen change. Catering, driving and further treatments can be arranged at additional cost.
