About the property

Chalet Côtes du Lavancher combines alpine interiors with wellness facilities in the hamlet of Le Lavancher. Five guest bedrooms accommodate twelve people across the main house and a connected wing, offering families space to gather while retaining quieter sleeping areas.

The living room makes the most of its mountain setting through tall windows on several sides. Timber ceilings, comfortable seating and a fireplace create a welcoming place to return after skiing. A separate dining area connects with the equipped kitchen, while a mezzanine provides space for reading, games or occasional work.

Wide doors open onto the south-facing terrace and garden. Outside, the hot tub offers a place to unwind with views towards Mont Blanc. Inside, a ten-metre swimming pool and sauna provide further options for relaxing. A cinema room completes the evening entertainment, giving the group another space beyond the main lounge.

The main house includes two double bedrooms and a four-person bunk room, each with private bath or shower facilities. The connected wing contains two further double bedrooms, one configurable as twins. These rooms have their own showers and share a WC. Confirm the arrangement that best suits your group before booking.

Grands Montets and Flégère are approximately six and seven minutes away by car, with Chamonix centre around ten minutes away. Ski storage, heated boot warmers, laundry facilities and parking support winter stays.
